She has worked at Disneyland as the queen and hag in Snow White..., performed with a national tour of The Diary of Anne Frank, has taught at Cornish College of the Arts, and teaches at the Urban League and John Robert Powers, sings Jazz, does Cabaret, subs as a DJ for KBCS.FM-91.3 radio, has performed in films, tv and commercials, is a research interviewer, and, has found time to plant some flowers for her cottage. Her favorite sport is Marc, and her thanks to Rob and Drae for this wonderful show.

Hugh Hastings ('Butterfly' Bill Dickson)
Hugh Hastings has played Grandad in Girl of My Dreams, Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Noah in The Ark, Georges in La Cage Aux Folles, as well as many other roles at Village Theatre. Locally, Hugh has also performed at The 5th Ave Theatre, ACT, Seattle Children’s Theatre, The Empty Space Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. With his wife, Connie Corrick, Hugh has entertained audiences near and far on cruise ships, resort hotels and casinos.

Allan Barlow (Uncle Sal, Harry)
Allan Michael Barlow is pleased to be working with so many old and dear friends in The North Arcade. He’s performed with most local theatre companies including The 5th Ave., SCT, Seattle Rep., Village Theatre and Seattle Shakespeare Company. Favorite roles include Petruchio (The Taming of The Shrew), Sherlock Holmes (Baker Street) and his one man version of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Allan has been in commercials for Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Toyota, Reiser’s Salsa, and Safeway. He appeared in feature films: Lost on the B Side, Last Stand, and The Montana Run, as well as the TV series Northern Exposure and Lifetime’s A Good Kill. As always, his greatest joy comes from his beautiful daughters Genevieve and Lilliana and his lovely, vivacious wife Debra.

Gail Hebert (Liz Mackenzie) feels she has come full circle. At the age of five, her mother would bring her to the Market and she would sing for the merchants. A show biz veteran of 50 years, her favorite roles include Reverend Mother (Nunsense)—for which she won the 2004 Portland Critics' Award for Best Actress in a Musical—the Nurse (Romeo & Juliet), Mrs. Paroo (The Music Man), Marguerite (Dearly Departed) and Maggie Smith (42nd Street). She's been in commercials, as well as off-Broadway and may be remembered as GeGe Boombah with The New Deal Rhythm Band back in the early 70's. Look for her sitting in with various bands as she pursues, once again, her nightclub career.

Shana Pennington-Baird (Amanda Black)
Shana Pennington-Baird has been performing in the Seattle area for thirteen years. Past roles include Marie in Top Hat, White Tie and Tales and Louisa in The Fantasticks with the Bathhouse Theatre, Yona in Children of Eden with Civic Light Opera, Alice in Alice in Wonderland and Jennet in Tam Lin with Book-It Repertory Theatre. Shana also performed in Rain City Follies, The Bouffants and eight years of Forbidden Christmas with Cabaret Productions. Shana also performed as ‘The Artist’ in both runs of Women with Balls, (another Davidson/Jones production). She has also worked with Mystery Cafe, Seattle Shakespeare Festival, and the 5th Ave Musical Theatre Company. Regionally, she has worked at the Oregon Cabaret, Okoboji Summer Theater and Missoula Children's Theatre. It's a joy to work on a new musical project with Red & Me Productions.

Stephen m Bucheit (Joe Bradley)
Stephen is excited to be a part of this new production. Stephen most recently appeared as Geoffrey in Renton Civic's production of Something's Afoot. When not onstage, Stephen is the Elementary Music Specialist and Performing Arts director for St. Anthony School Renton. He also is an amateur composer/playwrite. Two of his "finished" projects include the musicals "Away We Go" and "Once Upon Another Time," which premiered at Carco Theater in 2006. He's enjoyed the opportunity to play a character so different from himself!

Jennifer Greene (Amy Cinderman)
Jennifer is a recent graduate from Central Washington University with a BM in Vocal Performance. She has been performing from the tender age of 6 months when she played Baby Jesus in her church's Christmas pageant. Since then, Jennifer has been singing and performing in various venues on the West Coast. Favorite roles performed include Maria (Sound of Music), Hodel (Fiddler on the Roof), Hansel (Hansel and Gretel), and Mary Jane Wilkes (Big River). "I'd like to thank Rob and Donna Rae for giving me the oppertunity to be a part of something so new and exciting. This has been a wonderful experience!" Phil. 4:13

Brian Lange (Carroll Mackenzie)
Brian has previously worked in the Seattle area with Village Theatre (Bye Bye Birdie, The Last Starfighter, Stunt Girl) Showtunes! (Superman, Fiorello!), and SecondStory Rep (Man of La Mancha). Brian is a graduate of the UW School of Drama where he perfomed in several musicals including the title role in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.

Kiki Yeung (Smokey Lane)
Kiki recently wrote, directed, produced, and acted in Breathing Space, a sketch comedy play at the UW Ethnic Cultural Theatre. After traveling to Hong Kong for a year, where she taught and performed, Kiki started KPRO Productions, a faith based non-profit performing arts company in 2007. A contributor for The International Examiner, teacher at John Robert Powers. Kiki thanks God for leading her to the fantastic people of The North Arcade. Thank you to Donna Rae and Rob for giving her the opportunity to sing solo onstage for the first time in America. Making her dream come true, speak in Laotian, have a nose ring and tatoos, and dance with her two left feet. Kiki also thanks her wonderful partner, Kevin, for his endless support and love.

Evan Jayne (Magic Black)
Evan is thrilled to be part of The North Arcade musical. Last year he played the role of Ike at Book-It Theater and has performed at Seattle Public Theater, Driftwood Theater and Seattle Childrens Theater. He attends Seattle Academy of Arts and Science. When he is not on the computer or listening to music, he plays piano, snowboards, bums around with friends, and watches the travel channel.

Stephanie Couch is Stage Manager for The North Arcade and makes a few cameo appearances as a tourist and as a PDA security guard. She has been performing (on and offstage) since she was a child, in her hometown of Walla Walla, WA (yes, the onion place). She earned her ever-so-useful Performing Arts degree from Western Washington University, where she also studied directing and playwriting. When she’s not acting, writing, directing children’s musicals, behind a camera, in front of a camera, editing, teaching, being a mom, reading, listening to music, watching movies, looking for parking, or checking her Myspace (come on you have one too!) she can be found avoiding housework.

John Engerman (Pianist)
John has been composing and arranging songs for theatre and cabaret productions since 1975. Highlights include Ronnie Bwana – Jungle Guide, The Big Bad Wolf (and How He Got That Way), Ming the Rude (The Empty Space Theatre), The Ballad of Mary Reade (The Bathhouse Theatre) and Prince Brat and the Whipping Boy (Seattle Children’s Theatre). In addition to his own shows, he has served as Music Director and pianist for productions ranging from Guys and Dolls to And the World Goes ‘Round (Kander and Ebb). His songs and arrangements have appeared in dozens of cabaret shows, including The Fabulous Sateens, The Sirens of Swing, and Eunice and Regina Dine and Dish.

Keith Olsen (Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Trombone, Drum, Additional Vocals)
Keith has been busking at Pike Place Market since the early 90s. He is well-known for his versatility and may be seen playing mandolin or bass with various ensembles or performing solo. His lush chord changes and multilinguistic lyrics cross ethnic and cultural lines. Keith is also known as Guadalajara because he frequently sings whole sets entirely in Spanish. He may at times also be heard singing in French, German, Basque, and even English. He currently plays guitar and sings with the group Bella Musica and plays bass with the groups Acoustic Snacks and the Tommy Dean Timewarp. He finds it strange that self-written bios are traditionally written in the third person but is fond of tradition. He is delighted to make his theatrical debut with The North Arcade.
